Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through https://provostparts.ph and distributed by Provost Parts PH, a division of Werkstatt Provost Inc.


1. Order Process

Most products are sold on a back-order basis.

After checkout, we will personally contact you to confirm:

  • Availability with Dansk/JP Group Europe
  • Shipping method (air freight or sea freight)
  • Estimated delivery time and costs
  • Applicable customs duties and taxes

    Only once you have confirmed these details do we place the order with our supplier.


2. Finality of Orders

  • Once an order has been confirmed and placed with JP Group, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Because parts are imported specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or vehicle incompatibility.
  • Please ensure all part numbers and compatibility are verified before confirming your order. We are available to help with fitment checks if needed.


3. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be granted in the following cases:

  • Damaged items: the part arrives with shipping damage or factory defects.
  • Incorrect items: the part delivered does not match your confirmed order.

Conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Approved cases will be handled as follows:

  • Replacement part ordered at no cost to you.
  • Refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.


4. Duties, Customs & Shipping Costs

  • All orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the Philippines.
  • These charges are confirmed to you before order placement and are always the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs (air freight 3–8 business days, sea freight 3–6 weeks) are likewise confirmed before order placement.


5. Payments

  • Currently, we only accept PayPal (PayPal balance, credit card, debit card).
  • Orders are processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
