Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

This website, provostparts.ph (“Site”), is owned and operated by Werkstatt Provost Inc. trading as Provost Parts PH(“we”, “us”, “our”).


2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy PolicyCookie Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.


3. Customer Eligibility (PH-Only)

We currently serve customers within the Philippines only. We do not accept delivery addresses outside the Philippines.


4. Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.


5. Products, Fitment & Information

We distribute Porsche-compatible parts (primarily Dansk / JP Group). Specs, photos, and compatibility notes are provided for guidance only. You are responsible for confirming part numbers and fitment (model/year/VIN). We can assist pre-order, but the final selection is your responsibility.


6. Back-Order Model & Order Confirmation

Most products are sold on a back-order basis. After checkout, we will personally confirm with you:

  • Supplier availability with Dansk/JP Group Europe,
  • Shipping method (air 3–8 business days or sea 3–6 weeks),
  • All shipping costs, and
  • Applicable import duties and taxes.We only place the supplier order after your confirmation.


7. Finality of Orders (No Change-of-Mind)

Once you confirm and we place the order with our supplier, the order is final and cannot be cancelled. Because parts are imported specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or incompatibility (see Section 12 for the only return grounds).


8. Pricing, Duties & Taxes

Prices are in PHP. Your final payables (price, shipping, duties, taxes) are confirmed with you before placement. Duties and taxes are always the customer’s responsibility.


9. Payment

We accept PayPal only (PayPal balance, credit card, debit card). Orders are processed after payment is received and your confirmation call/email is completed.


10. Shipping & Delivery

Indicative timelines (subject to supplier stock, logistics, and customs):

  • Express / Air Freight: typically 3–8 business days.
  • Regular / Sea Freight: typically 3–6 weeks.Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your specified address. Delivery delays outside our control do not give rise to cancellation once your order is placed with the supplier.


11. Professional Installation & Use

We recommend professional installation. We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation, misuse, or modifications.


12. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Your Sole Grounds for Return)

If an item arrives damaged in transit or incorrect relative to your confirmed order:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the part, packaging, and shipping label.
  • If approved, we will replace the item at no cost or refund if replacement is not possible.No other returns are accepted.


13. Warranties

We are a distributor. Any product-level warranties are those of the manufacturer (e.g., JP Group / Dansk). Where applicable, we’ll help you liaise with the manufacturer in line with their warranty terms. We provide no additional warranties.


14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) interfere with security or availability; (c) scrape or harvest data; (d) upload malware or malicious code.


15. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos, data) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse content except as allowed by law or with our written consent.


16. Third-Party Links

Third-party links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.


17. Privacy & Cookies

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you consent to those policies.


18. Availability, Changes & Errors

We may change or discontinue products, pricing, or features at any time. If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel and refund any affected order prior to supplier placement.


19. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of use, data, or profit).
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.


20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supplier delays, customs, strikes, force majeure events).


21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively.


22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
